One fetch per product page
A fetch is one supplier product page that CopyLion reads. Each fetch includes 5 images and 10 variants. You approve the list of pages before any are fetched.

Pricing questions
What counts as a fetch?
Each supplier product page CopyLion reads counts as one fetch. Reading an invoice or listing the products on a collection page doesn't use a fetch. You approve which product pages are fetched.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 5 one-time product fetches with up to 5 images and 10 variants per product. It has no usage charges, so products with more images or variants need a paid plan.
What happens if a product has more images or variants?
On paid plans, images and variants beyond the included amount are billed per item at your plan's rate, shown above. You can lower the number of images CopyLion imports in Settings.
Can I limit how much I spend?
Yes. Set a monthly usage spend limit in the app. CopyLion stops an import before it would go over your limit.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Change plans from the Plans page in the app, or uninstall to cancel. Billing goes through Shopify, so changes and refunds follow Shopify's billing rules.
Do you have plans for larger volumes?
The Pro plan includes 1,000 fetches a month. For more, email support@copylion.app.
